Kiddoways

A unique marketplace for unique customers

The idea behind the Kiddoways startup is simple – to provide parents with a platform for safe trading with kids’ clothing and toys. This is the first children-focused website marketplace in Europe, initially available only to customers in the Netherlands and Belgium. Anyone can register as a vendor and start selling items using the convenient payment collection system powered by Stripe. Kiddoways is a website-only project.

Functionality

Intuitive UX and a simple yet secure transaction system were our priorities for this project. The process of putting products up for sale requires only a few steps, making it easy for vendors to offer deals and sell goods in bulk. We’ve implemented a straightforward payment procedure, where buyers pay for shopping with Stripe. The money is transferred directly to Kiddoways, ensuring the refund procedure can be arranged instantly if needed.
This project is based on Magento 2 e-commerce platform.

Design

The site was built in accordance with RWD standards – it scales perfectly to all viewports and devices. We have created the Kiddoways’ visual identity from scratch. The combination of warm colors in navigation elements and cold tones in typography creates a clear and fun visual palette, subtly enhanced with pastel shades in the background. The final effect is complemented by the use of DM Serif and DM Sans, both clear and modern-looking fonts.
