Mortgage Wallet

Keep your mortgage under control

The Mortgage Wallet app was created for broker companies and their UK-based customers. This SaaS allows mortgage agencies to create accounts for their agents, giving them a comprehensive platform to communicate with clients, manage offers, and maintain effective document flow. The app serves the end-clients as well - they can manage their existing mortgages and apply for new ones. Within the project, Develtio was responsible for developing mobile and web applications using the designs provided by a partnering agency. The native mobile app was created for both iOS and Android.

Functionality

The Mortgage Wallet was created with both mortgage brokers and their customers in mind. For end-clients, we implemented a comprehensive set of functionalities allowing them to:

• monitor active mortgages
• view and manage active mortgage applications (residential and buy-to-let)
• view and manage active mortgage insurances
• initiate and maintain communication with mortgage brokers
• store safely secured mortgage documents
• calculate repayments

One outstanding, client-focused feature of the Mortgage Wallet is the animated Mortgage Countdown Clock. It lets customers check the time left to the point where their fixed-rate mortgage is eligible for renewal. A Clock is also a handy tool for mortgage brokers, allowing them to contact their clients with a renewal offer when it is due.

For registered mortgage brokers, we created a dedicated panel in the Mortgage Wallet web app. Brokers can use it to effectively manage their assigned customers’ accounts, communicate with clients, present offers, send notifications, and upload documents.

The Mortgage Wallet mobile app users are protected with an additional layer of user authentication; we also applied military-grade AES-256bit encryption to all documents and communication.
